Pathetic Service

I bought a house through this developer in 2012 but only moved into that house in August 2013. Even after taking that long the house was still incomplete, the house has cracks all over. when I signed the happy letter with their project manager Maria I was told that I would receive my tag for the water meter as it is a prepaid meter. Even to this day I still have not received that tag, I'm in constant communication with Maria and the site manager Duncan but they always promise but fail to deliver. They don't show any sense of urgency regarding this matter. Now I recently received a fine from Johannesburg Metro of R1500.00 for a bridged meter, which was done by Calgro M3 until I received that tag. Buying this house through this company has been a nightmare when it should actually be a good experience
