Calgro M3
Using a House Picture without owner's permission

We are residents of Fleurhof Ext. 2, house number 584 which, we bought in 2010 from CALGRO M3 HOLDINGS. Immediately after occupation we made several finishes and improvements on the house that gave it a different and unique look, including and not limited to a beautiful garden, picket fence, wooden front pangola and painting around windows etc.

On the 13/10/12 we became aware of an advertising pamphlet developed & distributed by Calgro M3 displaying our house. This was after three people visited our home to view the house. We initially thought the people were attracted by the beauty and the garden but, only to realize it was because of the pamphlet. They thought our house was a show house and when we disputed that they then showed us the pamphlet in question. It became obvious to us that Calgro M3 specifically chose our home to attract customers at our expense & without our concern or permission. Advertising is a business related activity aimed at attracting customers to a specific product or service and generate income for the business. It is therefore, our believe, that Calgro M3 violated our ownership rights and the NHBRC's rules.

We demand to be compensated in this regard.
