Harassed for payments all ready done

I had my sons birthday in JULY 2013. I hired Creative entertainment to do the entertainment. I paid the 50 % deposit, when booked them. Three days before my son party I paid the rest of the balance,
Months later I am told I owe R969. then I am told i owe the full amount. I have sent proof of payment more than once. then asked for the date and ref of payment, when on the proof of payment.
i would not recommend using this service as they may come back and try to harass you for more money during the festive season.
