Disorganised and wrongfully accused

I had booked for Mother's day for 7 of us to attend the show at the theatre. I made payment eft the same day and sent through proof of payment. I was then called the following day asking for payment so I sent through the proof of payment again. When we arrived at the theatre they said I had not paid anything and was owing the amount. After a fight eventually they let us in. I find this unacceptable and very disorganized as the proof of payment was sent twice but yet they still said I owed money.
