Not responding by any mean

My rent as well as other residents money didn't pay into my account. I started calling, leaving messages, e-mail and sms. No one is responding on any thing. Cell phone numbers are not switched on and the office number is just ringing. I've been trying for more than a week. I need the rent or need a other company to handle the tenant on my behalf.
