I purchased a few cans of Dulux interior paint 4 months ago. I have painted the walls, after following a proper process. The previous paint coats on the wall were Dulux as well.
After painting the walls and ceilings, I noticed the paint was crumbling, after which I contacted Dulux, only for them to come out and AGREE that the paint was defective. I have indicated at the time of the complaint that I need the issue resolved asap, however 4 months later, I have heard nothing besides yes we will re imburse you for the paint, and the documents are still being processed.
Other than the poor quality, I think Dulux needs to consider the QUALITY of their HR process, as their employees are useless.
I have yet complained again, and have received a confirmation of the email stating my complaint, but NOTHING has been done about it.
I think it's best to go for the paint with a 7 year guarantee, not the paint that chooses to advertise dogs.
Dulux= Pathetic quality and even worse service.
