First, I put my house up for sale and thought Rawson was definitely one of the 'best' -I contacted them off their webpage, got a mail back saying someone would call me.
No one did.
I got an e-mail a week later asking me to rate their service but no one even contacted me? I did rate their service. No response still. I'm not even sure that they check this.
Their website has all info on it but there's no service to back it up.
Then - I tried again, this time I got a call to come view the house, I took the morning off work so I could meet the agent (Jaco I think it could have been-Some white Afrikaans guy). He never showed up. I tried calling his office, he was not there, he did not even call to say he'd be late/not make it but instead, he just did not show up. His office couldn't give me his cell number either. A waste of time off for me.
With this, he ruined as well as Rawson Vereeniging, ruined Rawsons name. I will never use them and will ensure everyone I know does not use them either.
Rawson is a joke and a waste of time. I've reported them to the Ombudsman for saying they want to help (website) but not even following through. Not even a call/e-mail from them.
