I rented a property with Rawsons and have just been getting incredibly bad service from practically the beginning to the end. After moving in to a property we had cupboards that broke, broken doorhandles, and a leaking roof which was not fixed until winter was over. Meaning I had to deal with a wet carpet and damp walls and ceiling the entire time. I also advised them and reminded them of the leak and the mould forming.
When I decided to move out and completed the move out inspection (30 November 2013) all was well with the agent saying she already knows of the mould and I can't be held responsible for something out of my control. Today I received an email from the same agent informing me that the mould will be repaired and money taken out of my deposit.
I am extremly disapointed with the overall service and the blatent dishonesty from Rawsons.
