We were so happy to move into our new apartment that we had found on the rawsons website in the beginning the service was brilliant with our contracts and so on. But after moving in we are experiencing major problems with our apartment. Stove wont work cupboards are broken and windows are broken. Cracks in the tiles and walls. Wall were supposed to be painted over where they plastered.. and its looks disgusting and now when trying to get hold of Anna she is now impossible to get hold of. And when we make appointments for her to come and inspect the house she always forgets or she takes forever to reply to our urgent emails. How are we supposed to live like this???
