In summary - Renting apartment from Fair Cape
- apartment was filthy.
- impossible to view apartment before signing lease.
- Responded to advert on Gumtree over a dozen times before I got through to anybody.
- It took 2 weeks before anybody could confirm whether it furnished or not.
- Apartment was uninhabitable on 1st of month.
- A month later and still no tap on shower and access intercom broken.(despite numerous request to fix)
- Rental consultant does not respond to emails or phn messages..
- Try and query accounts or anything - you get put on hold and then through to somebody who is clueless as "this is not my department". One can never get hold of anybody who can solve your problem
- This has been in my opinion the most inept, customer unfriendly company that I have ever dealt with. If they were my Rental Agent I would expect a lot more and no ways would I want to do business with this company.
