I have requested deeds information from [URL Removed] and was duely informed that the cost for the search will be R109.95. I made payment to ACCOUNT HOLDER: Laman Technology, BANK: Standard Bank SA,
BRANCH: Mowbray Cape Town, BRANCH CODE: 024909, ACCOUNT NUMBER: 073340456, REFERENCE: DS913086 & sent payment confirmation.
I am aware of the fact that the search should be complete within 48 hours from receiving payment & that document copies might take a bit longer as we have to order it from the Deeds Office. You will usually get it within 5 working days... but, I need someone to come back to me & confirm receipt of payment and/or proof of payment?
There is no direct contact person or contact number, so one can only wonder if Laman Technology exist? Once payment is done... there is no communication what-so-ever?
