Im renting from Olea. I was told that rent includes water and excludes electricity. when i got my electricity statement from their agent Vapovax I was billed for electricity, Water, Sanitation & communal Charges. When I told Vapovax that my agreement with Olea is to pay for elctricity, Criske from Vapovax said to me "The arrangement you have with your renting agent has no effect on us". When i asked about additional charges at Olea Estates no one want to assist me. Vapovax says they will disconnect electricity if I pay electricity bill only. I have been tricked to sign a rental agreement with olea, coz if I knew about the additional charges i was gonna look for another agency to rent from. every month i pay R500 for additional charges that i did not sign up for. Im glad i took a 6month contract with them.
