Missing payment

I made an online payment (R5000) from my Nedbank Credit card to a Standard bank bankaccount. This payment was done 4 June 2012. I have visted the branch several times to query the missing payment via the branch to find this money. I have produced the proof of payment several times and had no answer from Standard Bank regarding the payment done to the account in question.
