I moved into the property in the beginning of April 2013. Since then I have had nothing but bad service. I moved in on condition that the house would be painted. I then said that I would paint on condition that the owner would pay for the paint. This was then agreed apon. It was agreed that I should buy the paint & I would be reimbursed once I have submitted the slips (I have an Email from just letting confirming this). I submitted my slips before the end of April& im still waiting for payment. I moved from Jhb to dbn, paid rent & deposit (R14400) as well as painted all in April. I cant afford 2 carry on with the painting untill I have received payment. To make matters worse, I cant get hold of anyone at JL they are either too busy 2take my call or not in the office. Its no use I leave a message as no one EVER gets back 2 me. The lady that showed me the house & whom I signed the contract with had told me that I am not 2 deal with her anymore as she just finds people to move in and that's it. Today my electricity has been disconnected (in arrears from before I moved in). There is no one that can help me. I am writing this as this was the last straw! I have 2 kids to feed&no power!!
