I moved out of my previous home on 24 April, today is 28 May and I have still not received my deposit of almost R20 000.00 back from the company that deals with the deposits and rent. They are called Ceberco Trust. They say they will not give me back my deposit until they receive the last months utility bill, I called the municipality and found out that the bill for April was R180.08. They wont bother to go and find it out and give me back my money. They are keeping all my money for such a small amount. They are the rudest people I have ever dealt with, they wont accept phone calls, only emails and every time they respond to my emails they are rude, abrasive and act like "how dare I ask for my money". How much longer must I wait for my money??? I also believe that they rip people off, once they had to send me an sms and they charged me R20 for the sms, one month i didn't receive my account via email, I asked them to re-send it and they charged me R60 - to re-send!!! These people are!! I had to fight with them for almost a week to get the email, because I refused to pay the R60. They wouldnt even just tell me the amount owing so that I could pay it. I have had it!
