I am waiting, since February this year, for a response from either Divan Tolken or Roxanne Louw regarding property to let in Burgundy Estate. Thankfully, another agent from a different agency serviced the need thoroughly. I repeatedly called Divan to arrange a viewing, which never happened. I also repeatedly called/smsed/emailed Roxanne regarding a list of properties she was "updating", which I never received. The service was shocking!
