NO DEPOSIT!!! NO RESPONSE!!! NO MAINTEANCE!!

Since i moved into the property in 2012, there has been nothing but problems, i have to beg and send numerous emails for maintenance work, no response, i call numerous times no response. I send emails begging for a electricity bill, nothing!!! When i was set to move out i emailed with 2 months notice as per my contract, however nobody gets back to me, until i sent the email four times and called 6 times. They only got back to me the month was to move out. I moved out and handed in my keys, i sent an email requesting a time to do the property inspection... no response. When i called i was informed the inspection had been done without me. i have been emailing and calling for 2 months with regards to my deposit, however nothing!!! i even sought legal advice and informed that this is illegal, i sent through a legal summons demanding payment... and again nothing!!! i send emails and call every day, and all i am told is it is in progress. It is now over two months, and my contract states within 14 working days. This is so unprofessional, and frustrating. We cannot move in without paying a deposit, why is it so hard to get my money back!!!
