I bought electricity in December for R400.00 and received 412.2 units. on the 25 January i bought electricity for R400.00 and got 321.6 units and a arrears charge of R6.95. i don't know that electricity went up. and as per city power website those are not the correct rates. December i paid R0.97 a unit and January i paid R1.27 a unit. see rate as per city power website.
