We gave 2 months notice and moved out on of 151 Soutpansberg, Van Riebeeck park, at the end of April 2013. We accidently paid via EFT an extra months rent. We have been battling since then to get back the extra months rent and our deposits, which gives us a total of R18 750. According to Just Letting there are no new tenants, but we have confirmation from the owner that there are new tenant renting the property. They avoid us and dont return calls and emails.
