This is just a warning to all of the tenants thinking of renting at the oceana, 13 ingleside road camps bay through Easi Letting... we have stayed at the oceana for about a year and a half. Paid 2 months rental as a deposit and paid the rent timeously..
We have moved out recently and Briggitte did not do an outgoing inspection with us, no documents completed... does not answer her phone or emails for 2 weeks and then we get an email saying R3000 is already deducted from our deposit with no explanation and looking to deduct more!! we dont even think she has the incoming sheet as their office is asking us for it.we still waiting for the list of the apparent damages we need to pay for.
Truely unbelievable!!
Please be very carefull and weary of this letting agency..they will your money and not bother to adress your querries.and theres not much you can do because you cannot get hold of her except her associate Rose at the office who takes messages that does not materialise.

Note: after giving one months notice we also had to find tenants on our own capacity via gumtree to move in due to the agents lack of effort...
