I will like to advice people not to rent from this person. I am going to speak from the bad personal experience that I have had with the landlord and the incidences that I have seen occur with other tenants. The landlord Cyril, sounds nice at first, but in due cause, one gets to see his bad side. I moved out, early this year, because, I could not stand being robbed out of my hard earned cash in broad daylight.
I am a single working guy, who was staying alone at one of the advertised flats. I work monday to friday, prefers eating take -aways, and spends most of my weekends partying out with friends. My girlfriend will visit me like twice in a month and most of the time, we went out to malls and came back in the evening to sleep. I took my washing home, for my mom and sister to do it for me. What suprised me was, with the kind of life style that I lived, my electricity bill was always between R400 and R500. My rent was always paid on time, and I did not abuse my electricity at all.
After 2 months or so, receiving the same abnormal readings, I asked Cyril to check, if maybe there was something wrong with the meter and he assured me that, there was nothing wrong. I asked other t
