Have purchased a properetry and sold one through Fine and country. Throughout the selling process we were contacted timeuosly by Lauri, howver once the transaction of the dale was done we had no contact or update wrt to progress. We have been undermined by Barry and Elaine through who we have bought our new property. We have asked to move into the new property and we have been continuosly advised that they need an addendum to be completed. This addendum entitles me to put up curtains and retuirn the keys... What's the point, I have not been offered to pay a pro-rata occupational renatl instead. There has little to no feedback received from any of the agents as to the progress of my registration. This has left a poor taste. Estate agents nned to base their business on relationships, on average a person stays in a home for about 5 to 7 yrs and I certainly will never recommend or use Fine and country in any future transaction!
