After trying to get FNB since 6 October 2012 to cancel my paid up bond they now lost the title deeds. HOW does a bank lose title deeds??? I now have to apply a second time for all the clearance certificates which are now about to expire and carry all the extra costs myself.
Just when I think FNB can't get worse they astound me by proving me wrong over and over and over.
Time to move my cheque account before they manage to stuff that up too.
