Holding on for 3 days

I have baby in my house my Pre paid meter box is saying call since Monday morning. i have called the city power number 011 375 5555
and it just rings. i have been without power since monday morning this is not fair.

i got through to the call center this morning my ref number is 213 943 8452.
No one has still been to my house to fix the problem...
