I went to book my learner driver test yesterday. There was a couple of things that led to me being very unhappy at the testing centre.
- The security guard at the entrance's lousy attitude, he tells us to write our car reg and details on the book, there are no space left, when we tell him he just sits there slumped, with his headphones and music, doesnt get up, tells us in bad tone of voice to use the other book, but when we wanted to use in in the first place he demanded we use the full book.
- The toilets are hidden and very dirty and smelly. Dirt on the floor, all kinds of biologicals on the seats and underneath. Clogged toilets.
-The eye test department. Too few chairs, slow & people are allowed to smoke in the already torturous lines. I stood there for 2 hours before I got to a chair. I had my eye test report from my optometrist, but it took me the same time as the next guy to be processed there.
- The the cashier doesn't give me all my change. He did the same with a number of people. The fee is R108, pay with R110 & you don't get your R2 unless you demand it. Thats a min of R4000 a month if he robs only 100 people a day. So now we all know how he gets his bonus!
