Just an update to my previous report. There was a lot of confusion and a big mess-up with my application for maternity UIF, which was not Claim 4 Angels' fault. I submitted my paperwork in November 2012. It has become clear that the department is the one to blame for the delay in my payment. After struggling for 6 months to get my maternity UIF paid out, I eventually received payment yesterday!! Marie was very helpful and really tried hard to get this issue sorted. The department kept her on a line and had a new story every time she contacted them. The lady dealing with my application was always on leave and then trying to "catch up with the backlog". Marie struggled for a long time to get satisfactory answers out of them. She went out of her way to get this problem resolved and kept giving me feedback. I am very happy with the service I received from her, she really worked hard on my application. I feel that she did more than her money's worth. We built a good relationship over the months, and I believe she did her utmost to sort out my UIF application. I am truly satisfied with her service!
