I reported a Cell C repairs complaint to Icasa i was then re directed to NCC and was advised my matter will be looked at i mustgive them 14 working days, The complaint was lodged the 16 and again the 22 november 2013. It is now the 14 january i have not received any feedback and all the numbers i call to try get feedback with regards to my complaint are not going through and in the mean time i am still paying 3 contracts with cell c and have no working phone
