I HAVE RECEIVED THE MOST PATHETIC SERVICE FROM THIS CALL CENTRE, WHAT SADDENS ME IS THAT OLD FOLK HAVE TO CALL THIS CONTACT CENTRE WHEN THEY HAVE A COMPLAINT AND NOT ONLY DO YOU HOLD ON FOR HOURS TO GET THROUGH, YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH INCOMPETANT PEOPLE LIKE MATANKA AND LULU WHO DONT HAVE A COOKING CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING. HOW DO THE PENSIONERS PAY FOR THEIR PHONE BILLS? I LOGGED A CALL ON THE 13 MARCH BECAUSE EVERY MONTH MY TOTAL AMOUNT IS NOT PAID, THIS MONTH I CALLEDF FOR A R100 SHORT PAID AND IVE ALREADY SPENT OVER R100 ON PHONE CALLS TO THIS SHADY PLACE CALLED A CALL CENTRE. TAMMY DU TOIT IS DOING NOTHING ABOUT CALLS ESCALATED THUS FAR. IF I DO NOT HAVE THIS RESOLVED TODAY I WILL EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO BRING THAT CALL CENTRE DOWN.
