On the Grasmere toll road, the Johannesburg Metro Police Department, were checking for fines, licence and registration. This is fine, but they do on a hot day and they cause traffic for more than 2 km. People have places to go and have to arrive at work on time. Also they position their stations on an incline. Using clutch control cause fatigue and wastes petrol. They should position the station at the bottom of the hill. The JMPD should really be considerate the needs of the people and circumstances.
