Call centre, Feedback response. My Ref no 773271

My water metre is been leaking for a month now. i logged a call with Ekurhuleni East rand - Boksburg tel no 0119995100. NO one has called me to say they attending to the call or they will be coming to repair it. i have called twice and twice i was helped by Figele, but she shouldnt be on a call centre, u can barely hear what shes saying, she sounds like she has no clue whats going on. the 1st time i called she said she will get a hold of the guys and send them out, the second time i called today she tells me she doesnt work with them but she will make a follow up, but both times she doesnt get back to me with any feedback to say when they coming out. Why has it suddendly become my job to follow up on something the call centee is suppose to do, keep the customer up to date. Another thing u hold on for 10 min to get though to the call centre, if they have to many phone calls coming in why not hire more competent people, Are they going to pay our phone bills because they casuing an inconvience, making us wait for 10min before someone helps us.
