I received a notice that my electricity would be cut and it was cut within minutes. I paid an amount of R7000 and tries to contact the reconnections department a couple of times. The first 2 times, a black person answered and when I started speaking in English, I shouted something in black language and put the phone down. The other times someone answered and just put the phone down immediately. This unacceptable, but unfortuantely, just shows why this municipality was rated the worst in SA, these people are pathetic and should not be paid for this service. They are quick to cut electricity supply!!
