STILL NO PAYMENT FOR SERVICES RENDERED

We are still awaiting a payment date.

To date we have received no payment from Bigen Africa Services.

Instead all we have is correspondence that they sent a mail to the Municipality of Mafikeng. We have rendered these services to Bigen Africa Services not to the Municipality. We worked long hours to ensure that the project is completed by the end of November as agreed.

It has nearly been 4 months that we are awaiting payment. This is long overdue and is putting a lot of pressure on our facilitators. We no longer have answers for them. They also have financial responsibilities. We cannot foot this bill as we need payment.

As a result of non-payment we are being taken to the CCMA. To avoid any legal costs in the matter we urge Bigen Africa Services to please make payment.
