Was over billed by 12114 units of power, logged compliant 8001165817 during Nov 2012 and to date nothing was done regarding the matter. i keep calling the call centre who told me nothing was done regarding the account and my being credited what i over paid. I was given the name Sibisiso Dube whom the matter was escalated to and still nothing was done. this is the WORST service received in the history of public service. i demand that this matter be sorted out immediately. How do you estimate power bills while meter readings are done monthly. Please do not tell me about a back log as 4 months waiting period is ridiculous
