My electricity meter is FAULTY it runs even with my DB off even with the power disconnected!
I am paying almost double the units I was the same time a year prior to this.
I have logged several complaints and have call over a dozen times.
Each time I am told it will be escalated but nothing has ever been done about it.
How is this even remotely possible I have to keep paying and you refuse to come and check your faulty equipment?
