My power was cut off after midnight on saturday 30 november. The account was paid in full on 27 noverber. Ekurhuleni send me a final demand on 28 november after it was paid in full. They cut off your power in such a matter that you have to wait till the monday to go in and try and sort it out. The call centre cant do anything about it and the staff is rude and arrogant. A lady by the name of cARMEN has no customer training. If this is the way they do things no wonder everyone has issues with them. Worst of all is its a prepaid meter. How can they cut of power if a prepaid meter has over 800 rand on it. They don't know what they are doing.
