It seems as if Ekurhuleni has definitely made a name for themself when it comes to poor service and you would think that with so many complaints that they would get their act together. No matter who you speak to from the call centre to top management they still cant seem to get it right and its us as consumers that have to suffer.
I have been trying to recieve up todate and on time statements for over a year continuously sending mails to top management as you get no joy with the rude incopentent staff at the bottom. To date I still do not recieve up to date statements, I also still recieve some statements in the old owners name. I mean really can they not get something so simple correct.
Consumers do not have months and moths of cash laying around to pay them for arrears and incorrect ststements its disgusting that we can do nothing we have to pay and these people take no responsibility its absolutely disgusting on Ekurhuleni's part. They deserve to be named and shamed.
I have had a leaking water metre logged beginning of December and still not joy and water continues to run down the driveway.
