I reported the faulty water valve outside my property (belonging to the municipality) on 3 September 2012. Since then I had made more than 30 calls to the call center. They even came out early December 2012, promise to come back the next day, never to see them again. This is not the only problem I have with them, they are useless and no-one should pay them as they are not worth a sent.
