Every time one tries calling the Ekurhuleni municipality one can NEVER get hold of them. My power was cut, more than 80% has been paid up. I tried calling someone, anyone to have me reconnected. I have a list of 19 numbers and none of them get picked up. Its not a new complaint I'm sure but it is an ongoing frustration. If nothing else, I have at least voiced the frustration. It is every time one needs to call that this happens. if someone picks up their phone its the luck of the draw. Is customer service non existent in the municipality or do they just not care. Because it shows. I have tried for two hours without success to reach someone. it's pathetic and shouldn't be that way. I find it completely unacceptable. Has anything been done regarding this?
