WAITING FOR MORE THAN A YEAR FOR ID DOCUMENT

I applied for the 2nd time for my I.D. Document at the Centurion Branch on 04/11/2011.

I am disabled and therefore find it difficult to go to the offices to follow up. I was ensured by a gentleman on that day, that I will be contacted shortly - as it was my 2nd application. I think the gentleman's name is Stompie.

They also ensured me that permission will be granted for my dad to collect the ID on my behalf.

I require my ID urgently, as I have applied twice - and also paid TWICE

My temperary ID document has also expired as I am waiting so long...

Please - can I be contacted urgently - and the matter be resolved???
