The attitude I received from this police department really makes me worry that they are there to serve and protect. I arrived at the police station at 17:30pm on Monday evening and the officers there refused to assist me and said that their shift is over so i need to wait until the other officers come to work. at 18:10pm the new officer arrives, but first takes her time to put make up on and walk her Friends out before entering the station. at 18:30pm she walks past me and does not acknowledge me at all, sits down at the table and pretends to be busy. i then asked her if she would help me or if i should wait any longer and she lashes out at me and starts shouting at me that she has a job to do and that she cannot help me until she reads her reports for the day and that it is not her fault i am waiting there long. she carried on shouting and screaming at me and i really got upset. at 19:00pm another officer walked in and assist me, but she then told him not to as i was in patient and rude. i am so sick of this treatment. is it no their job to help us when we need help?
she sat there on her cell phone and pretended to read, i only left the police station at 20:20pm that night.
