Everytime I have to call the call centre its a mission. The agents are rude and have no service quality and heaven forbid you sound upset with something that should be completed by you guys then its you at fault. I do not get why the city of johannesburg does not just bill us correctly and we would not have to waste hours and hours dealing with people who can not think for themselves and rather say the same thing over and over and over! u will never rply cos you yourself do not care about people who have real issues. Some thing really needs to be done cos this is not a free service nor do they do their work as a favor to us. it is a job and someone PLEASE JUST START DOING IT PROPERLY!!! and I am sure that everyone that complains here is with good reason, we just want to be treated like we exist.
