Claim not paid out

I insured my uncle with real people and he passed away on 4th of february 2013 and I made a claim on the 7th of the same month, but they have not payed what is due to me up to this moment and the only thing they are telling me is that it is still being assessed and investigating the death (no, how can you investigating a natural death). I had to do a loan to cover the funeral that was on the 16th of this month. They have been sending me from pillar to post, saying I must get a police statement of which I did, and the worst part of it is that they are giving me any feedback I have to waste money calling them or hiring someone to take me to East London as I am residing in Butterworth
