Disappointed in time of need

I was diagnosed with Unstable angina by my GP and was told to immediately be taken to the nearest hospital in fear of getting a heart attack, so an ambulance was called which I am happy to say came quickly which is unusual for me.

I was then taken to hospital around 3pm

When I got to the hospital, the service was quite slow. I couldn't breath, and oxygen wasn't supplied until my 20 year old daughter had to tell them, then it was done.

They then had to perform and ECG to check what was wrong with me, which was done wrong (I have had a couple of ECG's in the past years due to the heart problem I have had whilst I still had a medical aid in a private hospital) so I was amazed how they performed it, I wasn't told the results either of what was going on with me.

then I was left in pain for more hours and nothing was done to stop the pains until again my daughter had to ask what was going on, whether I was being discharged or was I being admitted, only then she was told I had to go for an Xray (it was already 10pm) after my Xray I had to be seen by another doctor who told me my file states I had been given aspirin and an angina pill which was given. I received the worst attitude from
