I work in a call centre myself and more often than not, even when you have provided the required documents, other call centres do not wish to assist you in releasing documents. What they don't understand is that more often than not, we require these documents to help a family out in a time of need because of someone passing away or being retrenched. The 3 above mentioned people were efficient, had a good attitude and were willing to help - a RARITY amongst call centre agents today! Thanks so much guys and keep it up. It really is a pleasure dealing with you and I hope that in all my future dealings, I will be lucky enough to reach one of you again!
