Trying desperatly to contact the DOL call center on 0860105350 to get information on our outstanding letter of Good Standing applied for on 11 Feb to new fax no 0123571722
The previous applications were not recieved as the fax no provided on the previous letter is not operational / incorrect 0123571817 -
I have been unable to get through to the call center on 18 & 19 Feb - I tried numerous times per day & it was engaged every time -
20 Feb on the 5 try, call was answered & went to the holing message for 35 mins after which it was dropped / cut off. Currently 6 employees not working / earning while I try to get this letter -
How can anyone do expect to run a business and employ people if the Government Depoartments are so useless.
