Trying to obtain Letter of Good-standing for tender purposes with absolute no luck.
Faxes send 12 November, 18 December, 07 January, 14 January, 24 January, 02 February...
Try to telephonically contact the department every 2nd day - without any luck - sometimes on the phone for more than 40 minutes - without any thing happens.
Contact nearest Labour Office - only to be advise if you can't get it sorted with the Call Centre, then visit them in Pretoria. Excuse me our offices is in Vereeniging.
Pledge that Government Call Centres must be closed down, as they only cost us money and time.
This is a bad reflection on me, seems like I am unable to do this simple job.
I am really not impressed.
