Going home more important than to help

On the 15th of February I had to get a tax clearance certificate.
Firstly, the receiptoinist didn't even know what it is that I wanted and gave me the wrong form and a wrong ticket. After 30 minutes my number came up only to be told that I got a wrong ticket and had to back to get another ticket and wait again. I waited from 3 o clock untill half past 4. at last my ticket number got announced and I had to go to counter 13. Suddenly, acording to the consultant, the system went down. but I know she was lying because all the other counters was still on and working. She was just to lazy to help me and wanted to go home. So I wasted 2 hours waiting for nothing
