Balance transfer - impossible to get done

I have been struggling for the last 5 months to get my account (specifically Property tax) issues resolved. I have personally been to the Roodepoort CoJ offices on 5 separate occasions and my wife has been there 3 times. Every time we have to take time off work.

I have made too many calls to mention to the call centre (0860-562-874)

Basically I'm struggling with them to do either a credit transfer from the old (now closed account) to the new owners (Trust) account. The result being that interest gets incorrectly allocated to the account for the last 5 months (if not longer). The call seems to be shoved from pillar to post between the Refunds Dept and the Cash Collections Dept. I completed all the required, statements, etc. I sat with the admin staff and manually one-by-one showed them all payments made. They assured me that they have EVERYTHING they need. I was then told in November to call back 2 weeks later. It is now more than 2 MONTHS later, and I have now been told it has again been logged against the wrong department!
