For the past 4 months, even before I was suppose to pay the monthly arrears amount, I received a sms stating that I have not paid what I was suppose to pay. (I see so many others complained over the same issue! Still not solved!) Up to a week after I have paid the last arrears amount, I received three phone calls asking me to pay immediately or be handed over! Your system needs an upgrade, VVM! - Furthermore, according to Stellenbosch municipality, I still have to make arrears payments. According to VVM payment now was complete with a nul balance. It was confirmed in two telephone calls. But VVM cannot sent me a letter of confirmation in order for me to go to the municipality to prove I have fulfilled my obligation as was arranged with VVM in November 2012. YOU CAN'T BEAT THE SYSTEM!!! - Wonder what excuses will they come up with now? And nothing will change.
