Change of Name still Not changed
Its been over a year and a half & after many follow ups & ignored emails, & being laughed at on the phone no one seems to have the name change for our account on our rates and taxes. When our bond was registerd in 2012, I was advised that the change of name would take 4 months, after 4 months i followed up & was advised by someone in the Finance Department that they had our documents & it would be attended to. 2 months later I again followed up, no answer on the landline and customer care would read and ignore my emails. When i phoned the customer care again, I would be transfered to switchboard or laughed at. To date we have had no joy with the municipality and on visiting the walk in centre no one could assist. I dont know what else to do & I am so imbarrsed that this is the type of service that we have to receive from our municipality. Its really disgusting.
